Cost

The 2024 Recovery trip cost is $850 per person for the week and covers airfare, transportation, lodging, food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), and travel to and from the worksites.

Sponsorships and payment plans are available. Since Recovery Trip funds support our meetings, the trip itself, and financial assistance, we ask all participants to help with fundraising efforts, such as holding a bake sale, concert, or carwashes. It is our sincere hope that no one misses this opportunity to serve.

Prayerfully consider what portion of your trip cost you are able to contribute. Then decide what percentage you will raise through ‘personal’ fundraising with family, friends, and co-workers. If you are in need of additional financial support after you determine those amounts, you can request the remaining amount needed to satisfy your costs for the trip. Use this form to complete this information.

The number you enter in the two fields below should total $850. We have currently reserved group airline tickets for up to 20 people. Any additional tickets above this may cause a change to the per-person trip fee. Financial support and trip sponsorship is available and will be handled with confidentiality on a case-by-case basis.

Payments can be made by check to Bedford Presbyterian Church. Please write "2024 Recovery Trip" on the memo line.

Medical Information Form

Online Medical Forms via a secure portal, will be provided once the application deadline of January 20, 2024, has been met. Be sure to add @bedfordpresbyterian.org to your email acceptance list so you do not miss any important updates.
